Biffa Treatment Ltd

I am the Agresso Support and Development Manager for Biffa Treatment Services (formerly Renewi UK Services Ltd). The Agresso modules currently in use at BTS include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Sales, Projects, Expenses, and Timesheets.

I was first introduced to Agresso while working with AGS Airports in 2015, where I was involved in the initial system implementation in December 2015 and a subsequent upgrade two years later. In 2018, I moved to Renfrewshire Council to support their Agresso implementation, before joining Edinburgh Napier University in May 2019. There, I led an upgrade from M5 to M7 and implemented Proactis. In 2021, I moved to Capricorn Energy, where I supported the implementation of a new client for their recently acquired Egyptian assets and later upgraded the system from M6 to M7.

I have been living in Glasgow since 2013, having relocated from Ottawa, Canada. I enjoy exploring Scotland—discovering new beautiful locations and whiskies (Islay is currently my favourite for both). In my spare time, you’ll find me knitting, at the gym, reading, trying new restaurants, watching cricket and rugby, or out taking photographs.
