I am the Finance Projects and Systems Service Manager at Warwickshire County Council, where I lead the strategic development of our finance systems, automation capability, and wider service transformation initiatives. My work focuses on driving improvements across Unit4, strengthening data integrity, and delivering efficient, end-to-end solutions that support both operational needs and strong financial governance.

I have extensive experience in local council finance. Within WCC, I oversee major programmes of work, including Unit4 enhancements, feeder system integration, FP&A developments, and the introduction of AI enabled tools and automation to improve how we operate.

As a member of the Unit4 User Group Council, I am committed to representing the interests of public sector users, promoting best practice, and contributing to a collaborative community focused on continuous improvement and innovation within the Unit4 ecosystem.

When I am not working, I am either my head under a bonnet, or trying my best to burn the calories I stuff in while with family and friends.
